Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Shipping is currently limited to the United States and Canada. Options are listed at the time of checkout. Once your order is placed, it will normally ship within 2-3 business days (please allow more time during peak seasons). If for some reason your order does not ship or arrive within the estimated time, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Items
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:
First, check with neighbors to see if by chance the package was delivered to them. You may also reach out to your local post office or UPS facility.
Please note, once a package leaves our warehouse we can no longer be responsible for it as its handling and transportation to your address as it is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Please direct all lost / stolen package claims to them directly via the links below:

RETURNS
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of instantly downloadable products they are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if you have problem with your order, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
